Â鶹´«Ã½ President Pat Pitney named to the governing board of Â鶹´«Ã½rctic

Last Friday the members of the Assembly of the University of the Arctic voted unanimously in favor to elect Â鶹´«Ã½ President Pat Pitney to the Board of Â鶹´«Ã½rctic for a three-year term. 

Pitney will serve on the board through 2024.  

Â鶹´«Ã½rctic is a network of universities, colleges, research institutes, and other organizations concerned with education and research in and about the North. Â鶹´«Ã½rctic builds and strengthens collective resources and infrastructures that enable member institutions to better serve their constituents and their regions.
