Christine Resler was appointed in 2025 by Governor Dunleavy. Regent Resler has over 30 years of experience in senior management leadership, guiding organizations
through integration and change, technology development and commercialization, teaching,
and finance, including mergers and acquisitions. She is the President and CEO of ASRC
Energy Services (AES). AES is the largest energy solutions company in Alaska and a
subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation.
Regent Resler graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science with a concentration in Finance. Received her MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (Now Booth School of Business) with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurial business. In 2015, she received a Certificate from Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative program.
She was an adjunct undergraduate and graduate professor of Finance at University of Houston’s CT Bauer College of Business from 2001 to 2013 and an adjunct undergraduate and graduate professor of Finance at Alaska Pacific University from 2015-2019. Regent Resler was recently named to the Alaska Innovation Hall of Fame. She is on the Board of the American Petroleum Institute, an Officer of the Board for the Alaska Resource Development Council and she is a Board member for Lifting Solutions, a Canadian-based ARC Financial portfolio company focused in energy services.
