	Gwen Gruenig Director gdgruenig@alaska.edu Gwendolyn Gruenig was appointed head of the institutional research function for the university system in 2005. Prior to joining the system office in 2000, she held positions at Â鶹´«Ã½ Fairbanks’ Institute of Northern Engineering, Arctic Region Supercomputing Center, and Planning Analysis & Institutional Research. She is a former Â鶹´«Ã½F adjunct statistics faculty and owner/principal of a private consulting practice providing scientific and operational research and data management services.  Her education includes an undergraduate degree in psychology and a graduate degree in statistics.
	Kevin Swenson Research Professional 3 kbswenson2@alaska.edu Kevin Swenson joined Â鶹´«Ã½ Data Analysis & Institutional Research in August 2022. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the Â鶹´«Ã½F in May 2022. Prior to joining the team, he was the general manager of KSÂ鶹´«Ã½ student radio.

	Beth Zirbes Research Professional 4 bazirbes@alaska.edu Beth joined Â鶹´«Ã½ Data Analysis & Institutional Research part-time in February 2024.
