Board of Regents to hold two audio public testimony sessions 

WHO: Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents, university stakeholders.

WHAT: Alaskans will have an opportunity to offer feedback directly to the Board of Regents on issues facing the Â鶹´«Ã½ including possible solutions to meeting the budget gap due to reduced state funding, impacts of COVID-19 and declining enrollment. 

Public testimony provides for public input in advance of the committee meetings on May 27, 28, 29 and the full board meeting on June 4-5. These meetings can be streamed at . 

Alaskans can also provide written testimony anytime by emailing ua-bor@alaska.edu. Written testimony is shared with the Board of Regents and President Jim Johnsen.

• May 26, 2020 from 4-6 p.m.
• June 2, 2020 from 4-6 p.m.
