Updates to Premera's Login
Member online account security is a priority for Premera. As a result of recent updates, members will have to do the following:
- Sign in with the email address associated with their Premera online account, instead of their user ID.
- Reset their Premera account password. This can be done on premera.com or the Premera mobile app.
Members will receive an email asking them to reset their password. These emails are safe to open. Members will be prompted to reset their password at their next login if they do not act after receiving the email notification. Some of you may have already updated their sign-ins with Premera. In this case, you can disregard this notice.
Don't have a Premera account? You can create one now! With a Premera account, members can quickly access health plan information, opt in and access electronic EOBs, and more.
