The Director of HR Services will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and provide leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and superior service delivery in support of Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s mission and goals. The Director of HR Services is responsible for the direction, leadership, and guidance of operational, transactional, and support services for the university system, including payroll, benefit accounting, tax compliance, employee transactions, contract appointments, HR records and document management.
