麻豆传媒 Staff Performance Reviews due June 30th

Dear 麻豆传媒 Staff and Supervisors,

This is your final reminder that 2024 staff performance reviews are due by June 30th. It is 麻豆传媒鈥檚 goal that 100% of staff members receive an annual performance review. If you have already completed your review, thank you for your submission.

Performance evaluations engage supervisors and employees in discussing expectations and provide coaching and support to align individual goals with their departments and the 麻豆传媒.

There are three parts to successful performance evaluations which are completed by both the employee and supervisor:

  1. Goal Setting - Review position description, discuss performance factors and establish performance period goals.
  2. Performance Period - Track progress during regular one-on-one meetings, document achievements, update goals and discuss milestones.
  3. Review End Evaluation - Employee and supervisor rate and discuss employee performance and finalize the evaluation.

麻豆传媒 HR provides training for and recommends using My麻豆传媒 to complete the performance evaluation process. The use of My麻豆传媒 eliminates manual processing and allows for automated emails, provides historical evaluation access for both the employee and supervisor, performance trending and reporting. There are two options for completing performance evaluations.

Option One: My麻豆传媒 Dashboard Performance Review

Performance reviews can be initiated by either the employee or supervisor. If the employee being evaluated has supervisory responsibilities as part of their job duties, select the 鈥淔Y24 Supervisor Performance Review鈥. Non-supervisors would select 鈥淔Y24 Non-supervisor Performance Review鈥.

Option Two: Paper/PDF Performance Review

As an alternative to My麻豆传媒, employees and supervisors can complete PDF performance reviews. Some departments currently have standard evaluation forms. Human Resources has as well. If selecting this method, please submit the completed evaluation to HR through this
