Medical:

Telehealth Benefits:
- Access to medical care is available 24/7 through telehealth benefits
- Premera partners with Doctor on Demand and 98point6 to allow employees to connect to a physician by video or a phone call from the comfort of your home

Dental:
- No changes to dental plan

Vision:

Pharmacy:
- No changes made to the pharmacy plan

Supplemental Life Insurance:
- University employees age 65 and over will no longer be affected by an age reduction schedule o During each open enrollment, or if you experience a qualifying major life event, Â鶹´«Ã½ employees age 65 and over may elect or increase supplemental coverage amount to a maximum of $100,000 with no medical underwriting. Increases beyond $100,000 will require medical Evidence of Insurability
- Employees age 65 and over are able to request the maximum amount of $600,000 offered, but will be subject to underwriting approval

Benefit Scout (through Securian)

Flexible Spending Accounts:
- No changes made to the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) or the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) plans
- A reminder that no changes can be made to your HCFSA outside of a qualifying event
- Changes may be made to your DCFSA at any time
- These plans are use it or lose it and run from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022

Health Savings Accounts:
- ONLY available to participants in the CDHP or an alternate qualifying plan
- Changes may be made to your Health Savings Account (HSA) at any time
- This plan runs from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021

- TouchCare is the University’s Health Care Concierge service available at no cost to employees
- TouchCare can assist with finding providers and making appointments, helping to choose a health plan that is right for your family, and understanding your claims and billing statements.
