Â鶹´«Ã½ HR reviewing initial salary placement and position description processes

The Â鶹´«Ã½ HR Talent Acquisition team is in the early stages of retooling the initial salary placement and position description (PD) process for improved efficiency.  Goals include:

  • Maximizing the use of current platforms like PageUp and power forms to reduce the paperwork required for salary approvals
  • Putting tools and guidelines into the hands of supervisors and HR Coordinators to help guide initial salary placement
  • Integrating salary equity checks into our current Applicant Tracking System functionality
  • Updating BOR policies to align with the recently approved Compensation Philosophy
  • Educating supervisors and HR Coordinators on process changes and the use of target salaries

The expected completion date for this project is May 21, 2023.
