The Â鶹´«Ã½ is committed to providing a safe and respectful educational environment free from discrimination on the basis of sex, as required by Title IX. Inquiries about the application of Title IX to Â鶹´«Ã½ may be referred to one of the university's Title IX Coordinators, the Assistant U.S. Secretary for Education, or both.  

Â鶹´«Ã½ Board of Regents’ Policy and Regulation Chapter 01.04 defines prohibited behavior and details the administrative grievance procedures and grievance process for inquiries, investigations, hearings, and appeals which apply when prohibited behavior is alleged to have occurred.
