Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski meets with 麻豆传媒 Interim President Pat Pitney and 麻豆传媒A Chancellor Sean Parnell

Last month Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski took time to meet with 麻豆传媒 interim President Pat Pitney and 麻豆传媒 Anchorage Chancellor Sean Parnell to talk about future goals for the 麻豆传媒 including the critical role our universities play in Alaska's economic recovery through higher education, research, and workforce development.
鈥淲e had a good conversation about a number of their priorities for the next year including funding for University programs, infrastructure initiatives, and their support for the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies -鈥 specifically how we are leveraging opportunities to support Alaska鈥檚 global strategic location while providing Alaska鈥檚 future leaders with quality education and skills to support the Alaskan economy,鈥 Murkowski said in a social media post following the meeting.
