Nycolett Ripley selected as �鶹��ýF Human Resources Sr. Business Partner

�鶹��ý Chief Human Resources Officer Steve Patin announced this week that Nycolett Ripley has been selected to serve the �鶹��ý Fairbanks as its Human Resources Senior Business Partner. In this role, Ripley will serve the �鶹��ýF administration, staff, and faculty as a functional expert, liaison, consultant and point of contact in direct contact and coordination with the �鶹��ý Human Resources Team.“Since joining the Human Resources team, I have learned new skills and university processes,” said Ripley. “I look forward to continuing learning how to better serve our colleagues and working with the �鶹��ýF campus.”

Ripley previously served as a Labor and Employee Engagement Specialist with �鶹��ý Human Resources. She has served in a variety of administrative and human resources positions since joining the university in 2013. She began her new position on February 17.
