W-2 Form Access via 鶹ýOnline
Each year the 鶹ý HR office will mail out a physical copy of the Form W-2 to employees who choose not to “consent” to the electronic version of the W-2. They will be mailed out no later than January 31st, and can take up to two weeks to arrive. These employees will not be able to view the electronic version of their W-2 in 鶹ýOnline.
Employees who consented to receive the electronic version of the W-2 form, may access their Form W-2 through 鶹ýOnline . The online version of the form can be printed and submitted to the IRS when submitting your tax return.
You may consent to view your electronic W-2 at any time.
